1. Controller
Carsten Krause, ck71, Am Kiefernsteg 2, 14547 Beelitz, Germany, email: hallo@ck71.de
2. Hosting
This website runs on our own server at netcup GmbH in Germany and is operated with Coolify. When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in secure operation. Logs are deleted after 7 days. We have a data processing agreement with netcup.
3. Contact by email
If you write to hallo@ck71.de or luut@ck71.com, we process your address and your message in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We delete the message once it has been dealt with and no retention obligation applies.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies. We count page views with Umami, which runs on our own server. Umami works without cookies, does not store full IP addresses and does not build profiles of individual visitors. It records the requested page, referring page, browser, operating system, device type and country. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in improving the website. The data never leaves our server.
5. Waitlist
When you join the waitlist, we store your email address to inform you once about the launch of Luut. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Sign-up uses double opt-in: you receive an email with a confirmation link, and only then is your address added to the list. As proof, the time of sign-up and confirmation is stored.
The form on this site does not load any third-party content. When you submit it, your address first goes to our own server (n8n, also at netcup in Germany), which passes it on to Brevo. To prevent abuse, our server keeps your IP address for ten minutes to limit too many sign-ups in a short time. It is deleted afterwards.
We use Brevo, provided by Sendinblue SAS, 9–17 rue Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France, to send and manage the list. We have a data processing agreement with Brevo. Brevo stores the data in data centers in the EU. Some of Brevo’s sub-processors are based in the USA. Transfers there are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to luut@ck71.com. We delete the list no later than six months after Luut launches.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Contact hallo@ck71.de or, for the waitlist, luut@ck71.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the data protection commissioner of the state of Brandenburg (Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg).
7. The Luut app
This policy applies to the website. The Luut app will have its own privacy policy once it is released.
